    Great workout and great coaches! I did my first official Crossfit workout at Crossfit ETA and loved it! I was intimidated going in, but the coaches made me feel very comfortable. They can modify any workout to fit your fitness level. They are very knowledgeable and encouraging.

    I played soccer growing up through college, so I immediately loved the competitive yet encouraging atmosphere. Great people, great workout, and lots of fun! I will be going back.
